Tina L. Mann joined Hunter Estate and Elder Law in August of 2016. Prior to joining the firm, she was a deputy prosecuting attorney in Marion County and Johnson County where she was assigned to domestic violence court and major felonies. She left that position after 8 years and was a stay at home mom for 14 years. She decided to come back into the field of law in 2015 where she worked in private practice. Wanting to be in a field of practice that fulfilled her desire to bring compassion back into the practice of law and individually help clients control their lives with good, competent counsel, she began working with Hunter Estate and Elder Law whose philosophy of compassionate driven counsel matched her own.
Tina attended Indiana State University, graduating cum laude with a degree in Political science in 1990. She married her college sweetheart after graduation and entered UI McKinney School of Law where she graduated and was sworn into practice in 1995.
Tina belongs to the American Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association, and the Indianapolis Bar Association. She is also a current member of the Elder Law and Probate sections of the State Bar and a member of the Estate Planning section of the Indianapolis Bar. She is also a member of Lawyers With Purpose, a national organization of attorneys who practice estate planning and elder law with compassion.
Tina is married to her husband, John and they have four daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being active in her church, "crafting" and watching BYU football and basketball.
